Malco supplies and assembles complete ceramic fiber insulation systems, including high-performance blankets, pre-engineered modules, and the refractory hardware needed for secure installation.
Every component is manufactured in-house at our Oklahoma facility for maximum quality control and responsiveness.
Whether you need standard blanket roll, high-density modules, or anchor systems, Malco delivers fast-turn solutions built to spec.

Trusted Ceramic Fiber for High-Heat Protection
Ceramic fiber is the go-to insulation for high-temperature industrial environments. With low thermal conductivity, lightweight handling, and excellent thermal shock resistance, it’s ideal for lining furnaces, heaters, ducts, and other heat containment systems. Malco supplies ceramic fiber systems rated for extreme heat exposure, engineered to withstand the rigors of continuous industrial operation.
Our ceramic fiber product line includes:
- Ceramic Fiber Blanket
- Ceramic Fiber Modules
- Refractory Hardware and Anchoring Systems
We support turnkey solutions, sourcing the material, fabricating the hardware, and assembling every system in-house before delivery.

Ceramic Fiber Blankets
A ceramic fiber blanket is a flexible, lightweight insulation material used across the power, petrochemical, pulp & paper, and manufacturing industries. It’s available in a range of thicknesses, densities, and temperature ratings to match your specific thermal requirements.
Features:
- Rated for high temperature environments (varies by grade)
- Low heat storage and thermal conductivity
- Resistant to thermal shock and chemical attack
- Easy to handle and install
Our blanket products are used as part of complete systems that include modules and anchoring hardware. Availability is managed to support full system builds and maintain rapid delivery on assembled units.
Ceramic Fiber Modules
For faster installation and improved lining performance, we supply and assemble ceramic fiber modules pre-compressed from blanket rolls. These modules are designed for quick mechanical installation, reduced labor time, and greater insulation consistency across large surfaces.
Modular System Advantages:
- Folded or stacked blanket for high density and resilience
- Anchoring system included for mechanical stability
- Pre-engineered to your dimensions
- Designed for rapid replacement and maintenance access
Malco builds modules to spec in-house, giving you a single point of control over materials, design, and turnaround time.
Refractory Hardware & Anchoring Systems
Ceramic fiber modules and blankets require reliable hardware for secure installation. Malco manufactures the full line of anchors and mounting components, all fabricated, tested, and packaged at our facility.
Our anchoring systems include module studs, yokes, H Hangers, and Z Bloc Hardware.
This fully integrated approach, from insulation to anchors, eliminates the need to coordinate multiple vendors.
Built In-House for Full Control
Everything we deliver is made in our Creek County fabrication facility, situated on 20 acres with 40 ft under hook. Our capabilities include:
- Plate rolling and cutting
- Welding and assembly
- Sandblasting and industrial coating
- Wiring and insulation application
Ceramic fiber modules are formed, anchored, and assembled in-house, reducing sourcing delays and ensuring quality. We stock all material inputs and maintain the manufacturing capacity to respond fast.
Common Applications
Ceramic fiber insulation is a critical component in high-temperature systems across industries:
- Fired heaters and reformers
- Boiler walls and ductwork
- Kilns and incinerators
- HRSG and waste heat recovery units
- Thermal oxidizers and emission systems
Whether the need is retrofit or new build, Malco responds with solutions that match your specs, timeline, and operating environment.
